Looking for a “green” way to dispose of your computer equipment, while at the same time helping to create jobs for individuals with disabilities and employment barriers?
Apex IT Group, in partnership with Goodwill of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, will be collecting used computers, computer equipment and computer peripherals, and donating the items to Goodwill to help fund Goodwill’s career services that put people to work.
- Apex IT Group will come right to your company location to collect computer equipment donations.
- There will also be a donation drop off at Apex IT Group's designated facility.
- All donated items are tax deductible.
Goodwill will sort and package all donated items, and through Reconnect, a Dell-Goodwill alliance, all donated computer equipment will be shipped to a third party asset recovery company, where it is recycled.
- Reconnect protects the environment through responsible recycling of computer equipment.
The proceeds will help fund Goodwill’s career services that find jobs for individuals with disabilities and employment barriers.
Apex will be collecting donation items on February 17th thru March 31st.
