Apex IT Group was founded in 2007 and has become a leader of managed IT services for companies in the Greater Philadelphia Region. We have invested our resources over time and have developed a mature managed services model and an established support program structure that delivers consistent, predictable and measurable end results to our clients time after time. Apex IT Group is the trusted name for managed IT services, IT project delivery, cloud computing and cyber security solutions. We deliver these services through our proprietary process-driven methodology and our “simple to switch” client on-boarding process.

CEO

George Mach is a seasoned IT executive and CISSP with extensive expertise in helping small, mid-market and enterprise companies accomplish business objectives through effective managed services programs, IT and cybersecurity consulting, and cloud computing solutions. Mach, responsible for corporate strategy, service delivery, business development and finance, recently completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Apex IT Group from outgoing partners assuming 100% ownership.

Determined to deliver World Class IT that truly impacts business operations, Apex was an early adopter of the managed services model, contrary to the time and materials model that permeated the industry.
PARTNERS JOINED
Industry veterans Gary Pica and Howard Borochaner, who had previously built and sold the country’s largest MSP, joined Apex as partners and mentors.

Committed to operational and financial excellence, Apex began building a team of passionate experts in dedicated roles, developing standard operating procedures and delivering consistent, predictable results to its growing client base.
GROWTH
Exceeding 25 full-time employees, Apex relocated its headquarters from Pennsauken, NJ to Mount Laurel, NJ and launched a period of rapid growth and profitability.
STOCK BUYBACK
After turning down private equity offers, President and CEO George Mach bought back 100% of the company he founded and instead invested in the Apex vision of $71m in revenue, across 7 regions in 7 years.
FOUNDED COUNTERACT CYBERSECURITY GROUP
Based on the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework, CounterAct Cybersecurity Group was established, specializing in cybersecurity assessments, remediation, and managed security services.
OBTAINED GSA SCHEDULE 70
Based on its fair and reasonable pricing and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, Apex received GSA authorization to partner with local, state and federal government agencies for strategic IT support, management and consulting.

Calls after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on weekends and holidays, will be answered by our dispatch team. We will take your information, and then contact the on-call Service Engineer via phone and e-mail to begin resolving your service request.
